October is fast approaching and that month heralds the start of the letting season for the next academic year – 2025/6 – wow, that was quick !! It doesn’t seem five minutes ago that we let our last property for 2024/5.

Unipads can cater for every permutation of group size – just take a look at this:

Accommodation for one: Unipads can offer no fewer than NINE superb apartments – these are all located in Mary Vale Road in Bourneville, just across the road from Cadbury’s. A two minute walk takes you to Bourneville train station or a seven minute drive takes you to Selly Oak. These apartments can accommodate couples as well as singles.

Accommodation for two: We have four Unipads apartments suitable for 2 people also located in Bourneville. In answer to your next question – YES, there are two bathrooms in each apartment.

Accommodation for three: Here we have a wonderful selection: Our recently built magnificent Unipads complex at Elliott Apartments. Eight superb flats each accommodating 3 people with en-suite facilities, bills are included with super-fast wi-fi, large, very modern lounge, kitchen, dining area. Located just a 3 minute walk to the University gates. We can also offer several other 3 bedroom houses with either 2 or 3 bathrooms in each.

Accommodation for four: 5 houses ranging in price from £125 per week (each house with 2 bathrooms) up to £140 per week (3 bathrooms in this one).

Accommodation for five: Unbeatable selection !! 26 Unipads houses ranging from £85 per week up to £150 per week. At the top end we can offer 3 houses all with en-suite facilities. This is followed by many houses with either 2, 3 or 4 bathrooms. These have nearly all been totally refurbished within the past few years and comprise open plan lounge, kitchen, dining facilities.

Accommodation for 6: 27 houses with no fewer than 9 of them offering en-suite facilities. Prices range from £110 per week up to £140 and again, as with most of our Unipads houses, there is a great selection to choose from depending on what it is you are looking for.

Accommodation for 7: For those larger groups we can offer 13 properties ranging from £100 per week up to £140 per week at which level you will get all en-suite facilities.

Accommodation for 8: Our lovely house in Dartmouth Road is a well-established favourite for groups of 8.
