Our tenants are quite happy to share their experiences after living in one of our Unipads properties. 

In many cases it is after living in more than one of our houses when they have changed group size for their second, third or fourth year.

A very recent review was from Maddy who lived in our house at 54 Tiverton Road for 2 consecutive years: I had a great experience living in a Unipads house. We got a newly refurbished house and it was well maintained, well priced and was very close to the Uni. Our landlord Richard was very good too, he was helpful with any queries we had and very responsive to all our requests. Would highly recommend Unipads for anyone looking to rent.

Andrew Green was my landlord and was absolutely fantastic. 191 Hubert Road was spacious and clean with good quality furniture and the house redecorated and recarpeted within a week of living there to give a fresh look. I decided to stay with Unipads after I left my 4^th year house and Andy was very quick again with finding a location for me. I lived in 221 Mary Vale which was a self-contained flat in the Bournville Area. Againhe was great with repairs and updates. He was easy to contact with any issues and was always attentive and understanding. Andy also allowed me to move in early on 30^th June which provided me accommodation on the night when my previous tenancy finished. I would highly recommend Unipads, they were fantastic.

Archie commented: I was a tenant with Unipads for the 2024/25 academic  year. The house was in excellent condition and very modern. Leigh was a great landlord, being approachable and always quick to reply to our messages. Our maintenance man George was very nice and responded quickly to any minor issue we had. In short I would definitely recommend anyone looking for comfortable accommodation with a professional company to use Unipads, as I have no complaints.
